Delivery and Returns


We send all our packages 100% free of shipping with GLS within the EU. You can choose any shipping address you want, as long as GLS are able to deliver to the address or a GLS box shop near you. When we receive your order we strive to ship within the first 24 hours of the next coming week day. After shipping your package from our warehouse it usually takes GLS 1-2 days to deliver on your chosen address. Delays during holidays/bank holidays may occur.


You have 14 days to regret your purchase from the day of arrival or the day reported to arrive. Return the product to us in the same condition and quantity (with hangtags etc.) as you received it. Fill out the return form with the correct return code and send us the item within 14 days of arrival. As soon as we receive your return, the amount will be refunded to your account. You also have the option to cancel the order by refusing to receive the goods. If you do this, the item is returned to us. All freight costs for returned items are at the customers expense.

All parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received at our returns address stated below.

Note: We can only handle returned products that you have purchased through Remember to save the tracking number. You are responsible for the product until it arrives at our warehouse. Send the returned goods to:
