Delivery and returns
Delivery
We ship all orders with UPS. You have free shipping for orders over €50 and it cost €4 for orders under €50 in the EU. Home delivery costs extra.
Shipping to countries outside the EU is calculated at checkout.
You choose the delivery address yourself, with the reservation that UPS can deliver to this or to a parcel shop near you. We endeavor to send your package on the next working day after the order has been placed. When the order is shipped, it typically takes UPS 1-5 business days to deliver your package. There may be delays over the weekend or on public holidays.
Returns
- You have 30 days to regret your purchase from the day you received your package. All Christmas presents can be exchanged until the end of January
- Return the product in the same condition and quantity (with hangtags etc.) as you received it.
- Send your return directly to our warehouse and not to a parcel store. Important!
- Fill out the return form with the correct return code and send us the item within 30 days of arrival
- If possible please reuse the packaging you received your order in and remember to include this return note.
- Close the package carefully with tape.
- As soon as we receive your return parcel, the amount will be refunded to your account (1-3 working days).
- All freight costs for returned items are on the customers own expense. All parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received at our return address above.
We can only handle returned products that you have purchased through www.cleancutcopenhagen.com. Remember to save the tracking number. You are responsible for the product until it arrives at our warehouse.
