You can choose any delivery address you want, as long as the forwarder is able to deliver to the address or a UPS access point near you.
When we receive your order we strive to ship within the first 24 hours of the next coming weekday. After shipping your package from our warehouse it usually takes our forwarder 1-2 days to deliver to your chosen address.
Delays during holidays and over weekends may occur.
- You have 30 days to regret your purchase from the day you received your package. All Christmas presents can be exchanged until the end of January
- Return the product in the same condition and quantity (with hangtags etc.) as you received it
- Fill out the return form with the correct return code and send us the item within 30 days of arrival
- If possible please reuse the packaging you received your order in and remember to include this return note
- Close the package carefully with tape
- As soon as we receive your return parcel, the amount will be refunded to your account. (1-3 working days)
- All freight costs for returned items are on the customers own expense. All parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received at our return address above
