Do you ship to the UK and Norway?
No, we don’t. It’s too complex after Brexit and no EU membership.
Do I pay for the returns myself?
Yes, and you can choose a freight company of your own choice, but they must deliver to business addresses.
I am missing my return note, where can I find it?

How can I track my parcel?
You can find the number (Track & trace/Tracking number) on your order confirmation and follow your parcels journey.
When is my money returned?
As soon as we have received your shipment at the warehouse, me will make the return payment to you. Sometimes your bank holds your money a couple of days.
Is it possible to exchange the size to another size?
No, unfortunately we cannot do this through our systems. Ship the wrong size back to us, an make a new order with correct size.
