● Write to our email return@cleancutcopenhagen.com that you wish to make use of your 14 day right of withdrawal. Please inform us about your order no.
● You have 14 days to regret your purchase from the day you received your package
● Return the product in the same condition and quantity (with hangtags etc.) as you received it
● Fill out the return form with the correct return code and send us the item within 14 days of arrival
● If possible please reuse the packaging you received your order in and remember to include this return note
● Close the package carefully with tape
● As soon as we receive your return parcel, the amount will be refunded to your account. (1-3 working days)
● All freight costs for returned items are on the customers own expense. All parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received at our return address above
